Learning and communication are two passions in my life …

Hello, I am Alexandra, and today I want to tell you how I have merged these two facets.

Communicating is one of the things I enjoy doing the most. Since I was little, I felt the need to express myself, which led me to do theater, singing, and years later, prompted me to study voice over; opening the doors of a fascinating world in radio, television, and short films.

For me, life is so interesting that it would be a waste to dedicate it to just one thing. This is why I also studied psycho pedagogy.

In this facet of my life, I understood that people learn in different ways: some by watching, some by listening, and some by just doing. Have you noticed it? That is why it is so important for me to design classes according to the learning channel of my students. Yes, my classes are personalized. You are unique, and your way of learning is too!

Throughout these 17 years as a psycho pedagogue, I have worked with children and adolescents with superior talent and in other cases with educational needs, so patience and creativity are some virtues that you will find in my virtual and face-to-face classes.

You ask yourself, how do you merge learning and communication? Easy! Learning a language is achieved when you manage to communicate through it. In each of our classes, we will practice these two aspects in a unique and original way.

If you are between 1 and 99 years old, but above all, you have a desire to learn, this Spanish class is for you. Are you joining the adventure of knowledge?

Alexandra has 17 years of experience as a Psycho pedagogue at the school level (12 years in Primary – Preschool and 5 years in Secondary). Private consultation. Specialist in learning difficulties and emotional problems. Application of super learning strategies through educational play activities. Academic monitoring. Curricular adaptations. Teacher Profile: Virginia

5.0 out of 5.0 stars

Hello, my name is Virginia, I am a teacher of Spanish as a second language.

I really like having contact with other cultures and that is why I traveled through different countries, with the purpose of studying to be able to enrich myself through the cultural exchange that this provides. I obtained my degree in education in Venezuela, I did my master’s degree in Chile and my preparation in English in Australia. Then, I moved to Panama where I got my MBA and where I have finally settled.

6 years ago I had the opportunity to meet the great family of Spanish Panama Language School, a school established for many years in Panama City, which highly values its teachers and is super demanding with the preparation of the staff. It is the only school in the country that I know of that evaluates its teachers before admitting them. That is why I feel fortunate to be part of their team of teachers in this great family.

For 5 years I have been preparing and conducting the interviews for the DELE international exam, since I have the certification issued by the Cervantes Institute. I have 7 years teaching classes to large organizations and companies such as: the Red Cross, the UN, CCA China Construction America, Nestlé, Itochu, P & amp; G, 3M, Diageo, Jan De Nul; as well as diplomatic personnel and ambassadors from England, Switzerland, Germany, Korea, Qatar, the United States and the UAE. In each case, I have personalized the classes according to the interests and needs of each member; preparing business classes for those who work, survival classes for those who need to be quickly immersed in the events of daily life and tutorials for the little ones in the family.

I like it and it gives me great satisfaction to see the progress of my students and help them in the whole process of adapting to Panama and getting to know its beautiful culture. I will be delighted that we can work together.

Sincerely,

Virginia

As a teacher of Spanish as a second language, Virginia has worked for large organizations such as the Red Cross, the UN, among many other large international companies, as well as with diplomatic personnel and ambassadors from various embassies in the Republic of Panama.

Hello, I am Vicky, a Spanish and English teacher from Colombia. I have a bachelor’s degree in bilingual education and a masters in higher education.

I am currently teaching online classes to English speaking students from many different countries around the world with InglésPanama. It has been very enriching for me to teach people from all ages and get to know about their diverse cultures as I’m fully engaged in the process of teaching and learning languages.

Over the course of several years, I have been teaching Spanish classes at Spanish Panama Language School, I’ve had the opportunity to focus on my teacher’s development of production skills, especially in conversational skills.

I’m based on the Communicative approach and the Silent Way.

Regarding my methodology, it is about the teacher encouraging a student to speak as much as possible having his or her peers correct him/her and vice versa while the teacher models and corrects the pronunciation of each student participating in the space.

The Silent Way, is based on the premise that students bring their inner knowledge and critical thinking skills as an objective to be set in order to achieve the main goal, which is of course to speak the target language fluently.

I am so eager to extend my teaching program to you. You are most welcome to give it a try.

Learning Spanish or English with us will indeed open doors to all the cultures that come with it.

The Silent Way, for its part, is based on the premise that students contribute their inner knowledge and critical thinking skills, as an objective that they must set to achieve the main objective, which is of course to speak the target language fluently.
